Gift Cards | Vouchers

1. Add the desired number of cards to your cart (e.g., for a 1000 PLN amount, add 2x 500 PLN card).
2. Pay using PayU (traditional payments will extend the process to 4-7 business days).
3. Within 48h from payment, we generate a Card for self-printing or you can pick up a plastic Voucher at the physical store.

TERMS OF USING THE GIFT CARD

1: Definitions:

• Issuer – Kraft Sport – Tomasz Kopeć, based in Wrocław at ul. Wyścigowa 46, 53-012 Wrocław, NIP 897-114-56-33.
• Sales Store – a physical store in Wrocław and online stores www.nartyok.pl, www.snowboardok.pl, www.roweryok.pl.
• Gift Card – a card entitling the User to redeem it at the Sales Store. Available denominations: 100, 200, 500, 1000, 1500, and 2000 PLN.
• Purchaser – a person who, at the Sales Store, transfers funds to the Issuer in an amount equal to the value of the voucher.
• User – any user of the Gift Card.
• Goods – items offered for sale at the Sales Stores.

2. The Issuer undertakes to provide the Purchaser with a Gift Card, and then to accept it for redemption at the Sales Stores.

3. The funds transferred by the Purchaser in accordance with point 2 of these Regulations pass in full to the Issuer's ownership and are not refundable.

4. The Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash. For the ordered Gift Card, we issue a confirmation of payment, we do not generate an Invoice or Receipt.

5. Only a natural person may be entitled to receive a benefit based on the Gift Card.

6. Kraft Sport store is not responsible for Gift Cards that have been lost or damaged after they have been issued to the Purchaser.

7. The User's redemption of the Gift Card will constitute a valid transaction even if the User has come into possession of the Gift Card in an unauthorized manner.

8. In the event of loss, destruction, or theft of the Gift Card, the User has no claims against the Issuer.

9. The User redeems the Gift Card by presenting it to the Sales Stores staff or by entering an appropriate message in the comments field during online orders.

10. The Purchaser is obliged to inform the User about the conditions of using the Gift Card.

11. Any complaints related to Gift Cards will be considered by the Issuer within 30 days.

12. The User, by transferring funds and receiving the Gift Card, declares that they have read these Regulations and undertake to comply with them.
